Packet Pick-up
Expo and packet pick-up will be held at expo location at the San Carlos Country Club 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Saturday. Following the Expo there will be a Pasta Party from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm. The fee for the Pasta Party is $9 usd/ 90 mn.

Start Line
The Half Marathon will start at the Dolphinaria and end at the Marina Terra Hotel. The 10K and 5k race will start and Finish at the Marina Terra Hotel. Race timing done by DCB Adventures.
Race Numbers
Race numbers must be distributed during packet pick-up; they cannot be mailed and will NOT be available for pick-up on race day. You must pick up your own race number – NO EXCEPTIONS. Please plan your trip accordingly. You’ll need to show your race number to pick up your T-shirt and goody bag.

Age Awards
Age group awards will be presented 3-deep in the following age divisions for the 1/2 Marathon and 5k, for both male and female categories. All age group awards will be presented after the event.

Finish Line and Party
All distances will finish at the Marina Terra Club de Playa. Here, half marathon participants will receive their finishers’ medal. All runners will enjoy live entertainment, refreshments, cash bar, and local food vendors.
Info Booth and Lost and Found
An Information Booth will be positioned at the start and finish to assist you with any race day questions and help you find your way. The Information Booth will also serve as the race day Lost & Found. Any valuables found at the start or finish should be turned in to the Information Booth. Any valuable items NOT claimed at the finish by 3 pm will be brought back to our office. To claim a lost item after the event, please contact Stephanie at 623-910-1711.
